✔️ Psilocultura is a website specializing in the study of mycology and the cultivation of fungi of various species.

✔️ The products marketed by Psilocultura are in accordance with Brazilian legislation, their marketing in national territory is NOT prohibited.

✔️ Psilocybin and psilocin, hallucinogenic substances present in the most common types of magic mushrooms, such as Psilocybe Cubensis, are substances banned by Anvisa (National Health Surveillance Agency) since 1998. Therefore, these substances, when isolated, are considered illegal.

✔️ None of our products fall within the list of narcotic substances contained in ANVISA's Ordinance 344 of 1998, not even in Resolution RDC 48 of 2014, as they are NOT classified as herbal medicines.

✔️ The fruiting structures of some species of fungi contain psychotropic or psychoactive compounds, which can be consumed  recreationally or in traditional spiritual ceremonies, its use being protected by the Federal Constitution in its article 5, items IV and VIII.

✔️ Our products are NOT indicated for the prevention, treatment or cure of any disease, and their use is prohibited for people suffering from mental illness of any degree, depression, high blood pressure, heart disease, during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

✔️ If you use antidepressants or similar drugs (MAO inhibitors), the use of entheogenic substances should be avoided.

✔️ Keep products out of the reach of children and animals, away from light and sun.

✔️ In case of doubt, always consult a doctor for more information.

✔️ The information contained on the website regarding the use of plants is of popular and / or scientific knowledge and is used for study and research.

✔️ Psilocultura does not authorize website users to disclose its content or sell its products for illicit purposes or in disagreement with Brazilian legislation.
