By purchasing on our site you agree to the
following terms:

Our products are sold exclusively for the purpose of research, study and ethnobotanical collections, and the user is entirely responsible for any other purpose that may be given to them.

The customer agrees that:
• You are over 18 years old and will be responsible for any misuse or sale of our products;

• The purpose is to use them in research in biological and cultural fields or as collectibles.

Description of Legal Notice

1. The use of the site and purchase of products is only allowed for people over 18 (eighteen) years old.  

two.  Psilocultura is a website specialized in the study of mycology and the cultivation of fungi of various species.

 

3. The products we sell are in accordance with Brazilian legislation, and their commercialization in national territory is NOT prohibited.

 

4. Psilocybin and psilocin, hallucinogenic substances present in the most common types of magic mushrooms, such as Psilocybe Cubensis, are substances banned by Anvisa (National Health Surveillance Agency) since 1998. Therefore, these substances, when isolated, are considered illegal.

 

5. None of our products fall within the list of narcotic substances contained in Ordinance 344 of 1998 by ANVISA, not even in Resolution RDC 48 of 2014, as they are NOT classified as herbal medicines.

 

7. The fruiting structures of some fungal species contain psychotropic or psychoactive compounds, which can be consumed  recreationally or in traditional spiritual ceremonies, its use being protected by the Federal Constitution in its article 5, items IV and VIII.

8. Our products are NOT indicated for the prevention, treatment or cure of any disease, and their use is prohibited for people suffering from any degree of mental illness, depression, high blood pressure, heart disease, during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

 

9. If you use antidepressants or similar drugs (MAO inhibitors), the use of entheogenic substances should be avoided.

10.  Keep the products out of the reach of children and animals, away from light and sunlight.

11.  If in doubt, always consult a doctor for more information.

12.  The information contained in the site regarding the use of plants is of popular and/or scientific knowledge and is used for study and research.

13.  Psilocultura does not authorize website users to disclose its content or sell its products for illicit purposes or in disagreement with Brazilian legislation.

 

Termos de Compra

Shipping Policies:
• POST OFFICE: Delivery time is up to 1 business day after payment confirmation

• DELIVERY: After payment confirmation, it will be sent until 18:00 of the same day.

• PICK UP: After payment confirmation, the order will be available for pick up until 18:00 on the same day, and can also be picked up during business hours on the following days.

Return and Refund:

• Upon receiving your product, if you have any manufacturing defect, contact our customer service via the WhatsApp number and email available under “contact”. If a problem is really found, we will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm the refund or exchange of the product.

• All biological materials sold on this site leave the laboratory tested and free from contamination. If any inoculum presents a problem, please contact us to find out the cause. Only buy products from this site if you are familiar with the subject, if you are studying or following a cultivation guide. The procedures involved in mushroom cultivation require complex theoretical knowledge, if you don't have them, we are not responsible for contaminants after the shipment of our cultures.

• We are not responsible for the misuse of our products, nor for contamination caused by the customer's inexperience. The customer's use of our products and the information on our website is entirely at their own risk.

• We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged on the way, including the infeasibility of the culture due to excessive heat during transport by post or filling in the wrong address at the time of purchase.

• If you have problems related to the delivery service, you must file a claim with those responsible for transporting the goods.  


• The customer can request the cancellation of their purchase before shipping.
